Richard Noriegga, architect and lighting designer, founded his own company in 1992, Architectural Illuminators Noriegga in Mexico. He has over 16 years experience in the development of public and private indoor and outdoor lighting. He is certified by PLDA. Teacher and guest lecturer at several universities in Mexico and abroad.
